WHAT YOU’RE LEARNING: This could be things you’re learning about yourself, in your job, in your studies, in your morning routine. Or random fun facts like the unicorn is the national animal for Scotland (yes, I had to google that).

WHAT YOU NEED TO LET GO OF: Ah, letting go can be hard. If you’re human, then there’s probably certain habits, thought or beliefs that you need to let go of. Think: “I want to let go of comparing my body to other people’s”, “I want to let go of believing that I have to be perfect”.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HOLD ONTO: And this is where the power comes in. Finding thoughts, believes, dreams that you need to hold onto. Examples are: “I am getting stronger every day”, “My worth is not based on my size”. They may sound similar to affirmations, and that’s the point.
